948_05_00100442 This church started only at end of the Middle Ages and after the complete expulsion of the Moors is still Gothic style in his later Spanish expression. Segovia is located in the true Old Castile. In the neighborhood you will find a former royal summer palace of La Granja, the perhaps the most amazing water features, remembers in its gardens, which are in the world. A Spanish Queen had had it built to give pleasure to her always serious and never laughing husband. He has only had a moment a very brief smile for the graceful surprise, since the construction of the water games had cost many millions, it was the most expensive paid smile in the world.
