Mounting the flight of steps we reach the first floor of the palace, and get, perhaps, a better general idea of the style of architecture, with its elaborate and delicate Moorish tracery. On this floor we notice a similar colonnade to that below, enclosed on the inner side by a substantial balustrade. More particularly on this floor are the private apartments of the Archbishop, and besides which there is a very pretty private chapel for daily worship [
