Descrição: Artist Julius Popp stands in the middle of his sculpture ?micro . spheres? in an exhibition at Dogenhaus Galerie Leipzig in Leipzig, Germany, 06 November 2008. The sculpture will be shown at the Museum of Contemporary Art from 08 November 2008 till 11 Junaury 2009 under the theme ?Carte Blanche?. The artwork of the artist from Nuremberg is suppossed to point to an examination concerning adjustment processes, the individual and a group and constists of five carbon balls. These robots are equipped with processors. With the help of these they process data of different environmental influences like airstreams, the movement of visitors in the room and the movements of other carbon balls and move accordingly. ?Carte Blanche? is an example for an exceptional method of financing exhibition. Galeries and companies not only make their works available oas loans, they also finance and shape twelve of exhibitions.
